The Crabapple Post

The housing market north of Atlanta, read plainly

Write to the Post

Reach The Crabapple Post: a correction, a question about a northern suburb, or something the journal should go and look at.

The journal reads everything sent to [email protected]. The most useful messages say where and when: a street, a subdivision, a closing date. "What did you see on the ground" is a better question for us than "what will the market do".

What to write about

  • A correction, a figure, a school line, a zoning detail that the survey got wrong. Corrections run on the survey with their own date.
  • A question about a place, a neighborhood the towns field book has not walked yet, a street that changed faster than the map shows.
  • A question about a process, an offer, an inspection, a closing step in Georgia that deserves a note of its own.
  • Something the journal should see, a rezoning sign, a development proposal, a pattern in your own sale or purchase worth following.

Answers

The journal answers within a few working days. When an answer belongs to everyone, it becomes a note in the survey, the sender is never named without permission.
